Alicia Burke delivers frameworks and systems to simplify business growth, passion projects, and personal development. She works with businesses and individuals to nail their communications, marketing strategies, and operational capabilities.
Alicia specialises in:
When businesses choose between junior and senior marketing and ops hires, they face a trade-off. Junior hires offer cost-effectiveness and agility, but might lack strategic expertise. On the other hand, senior leaders bring experience and strategic vision but come at a higher cost and might be less hands-on.
Alicia’s mentorship approach closes this gap by blending strategic guidance with tactical implementation, aligning senior direction with junior talent.
